From time to time teachers plan activities away from school that are designed to give children first hand experience in what they have been learning in class.
Parents must sign a permission slip in advance for each trip. The slip will describe the purpose of the trip and indicate whether there is a fee. Checks for field trip expenses should be made payable to Helen Morgan School. We would prefer that you send checks instead of cash.
There is usually a small fee to cover transportation and sometimes admission charges. Helen Morgan School maintains a fund so that no child will miss a trip because of cost. Please contact your child’s teacher for confidential assistance.
