FIELD TRIPS
From time to time teachers plan activities away from school that are designed to give children first hand experience in what they have been learning in class.
Parents must sign a permission slip in advance for each trip. The slip will describe the purpose of the trip and indicate whether there is a fee. Checks for field trip expenses should be made payable to Alpine School. We would prefer that you send checks instead of cash.
There is usually a small fee to cover transportation and sometimes admission charges. Alpine School maintains a fund so that no child will miss a trip because of cost. Please contact your child’s teacher for confidential assistance.
