$85.00 per day Teacher (Substitute certificate)
$90.00 per day Teacher (Teaching certificate)
$90.00 per day Teacher (Completion of Training Institute)
$125.00 per day School Nurse
$8.50 per hour Secretary
$9.00 per hour Instructional aide
$10.00 per hour Instructional aide w/ certification
$8.25 per hour Cafeteria/playground aide

Substitute Application Information
All applicants must complete the interview process FIRST and upon recommendation of a building administrator the remainder of the substitute packet will be given. If you DO NOT hold permanent NJ Certification you MUST apply for Substitute Certification which requires a minimum of 60 College Credits. The process takes approximately 4-6 weeks and all applicants must receive approval from the Board of Education as well as criminal clearance prior to serving as a substitute for the district. You will be notified in writing when the process is complete.
